Abstract Description : How can schools create a culture of curiosity and innovation? In this session, we will explore strategies for fostering student-driven leadership in an online environment. Drawing from my experience mentoring student leaders in a virtual school, where learners took ownership of Math Team and Mu Alpha Theta, infusing their own creativity and passions to inspire a love of math, we'll examine practical ways to support and amplify student voice. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions to share successes and challenges from their own experiences, leaving with actionable ideas to implement in their schools. Together, we'll uncover how cultivating student leaders not only strengthens academic programs but also builds thriving, connected school culture.
