Abstract Description : Tired of test-based assignments that don’t inspire students? In this session, Dr. David Mitchell, Chief Education Officer, and Jennifer Jones-Mitchell, CEO of Human Driven AI, will demonstrate how AI can help teachers quickly design assignments that build real-world skills while saving valuable prep time. Learn how they transformed an accounting course into a project-based experience where students launched businesses, developed marketing plans, and pitched them to peers in a simulated funding competition. Alongside content mastery, students gained AI literacy—learning to craft prompts as a core skill, just like reading and writing. Studies show that when used responsibly, AI can improve critical and creative thinking by 33%.
