Abstract Description : Change Management has become a topic of conversation and a tool utilized by many Enterprise Companies over the last decade; companies that utilize change management boast higher success rates on project outcomes and improved employee and client satisfaction. Are K-12 educators and school leadership teams missing the mark by not being a part of this movement? This book study will help all to understand the fundamentals of change management and the rationale for utilizing a change management approach. By coming together to discuss the book: "Change Management: The People Side of Change" by Jeffrey M. Hiatt and Timothy J. Creasey session attendees will brainstorm ways to implement change management across the operations of all online learning platforms and discuss how all K-12 leaders can utilize the process of change management to better operate schools and drive student outcomes forward.
