Dr. Tamra Lanning is an experienced educator, researcher, and leader in the virtual learning space, with over two decades in K–12 education. She currently serves as Director of Customer Success, supporting schools in implementing and optimizing online programs. Tamra earned her doctorate with a dissertation exploring how virtual administrator behaviors impact instruction, blending scholarly research with real-world application. As founder of a district-based virtual school in Tennessee, she successfully built and grew the program from inception to a thriving model serving diverse learners. A former virtual administrator, she is passionate about empowering school leaders to create supportive, high-impact environments for teachers and students in digital settings.
