Mickey Revenaugh is a global digital learning pioneer. Prior to co-founding Connections Academy, she helped launch the E-rate to wire every American school to the Internet, and was edtech editor at Scholastic. Mickey is the author of School's Out (Johns Hopkins University Press, 2026), an exploration of "unconventional" learning options -- from homeschooling to microschools, virtual learning to roadschooling - and what they mean for the future of education, Mickey holds a BA from Yale, an MBA from NYU, an MFA from Bennington, and expects to begin PhD study in Fall 2026.
