Abstract Description : As virtual learning becomes an enduring part of the educational landscape, ensuring equitable and effective support for students with disabilities is more critical than ever. This session offers a comprehensive blueprint for designing and implementing a high-quality special education program in a virtual setting. Attendees will explore essential components, including personnel structures, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, legal and instructional requirements, and practical protocols for service delivery and compliance. Through real-world examples and actionable strategies, participants will leave equipped to build or refine a virtual special education framework that prioritizes student growth, accessibility, and collaboration across teams.
