Abstract Description : Artificial intelligence is transforming K–12 leadership. This session equips administrators with practical, ethical, and immediately actionable ways to use AI for communication, data analysis, instructional feedback, and school improvement. Attendees will explore real examples of AI integration in virtual and hybrid schools, receive ready-to-use prompt templates, and build a personalized AI implementation plan aligned to district goals. Unlike sessions focused on classroom tools, this presentation centers the administrator’s role as an AI leader—bridging innovation and implementation to create more efficient, equitable, and informed schools.
