Abstract Description : This Tennessee meet-up session is designed primarily as a networking opportunity for leaders and educators working in online and virtual learning across the state. As digital learning options continue to expand through district, charter, and private school models, opportunities to connect with peers facing similar challenges and opportunities are more important than ever.
This informal, participant-driven gathering encourages attendees to share experiences, exchange ideas, and build professional connections with others supporting online learners in Tennessee. Participants will have opportunities to discuss current trends, instructional practices, operational challenges, and emerging needs while learning how colleagues across the state are addressing similar issues.
Whether you are leading a virtual program, supporting online instruction within a district, or developing new digital initiatives, this session offers space to strengthen relationships, collaborate, and grow Tennessee’s online learning community together.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will identify at least two professional connections or peer resources within Tennessee that they can engage with for collaboration or problem-solving related to online and virtual learning programs.
Participants will share and gather at least one practical strategy or approach used by Tennessee programs to address current challenges in online instruction, program operations, or student support.
