Math Teacher & Secondary Instructional Coach Davis Connect Layton, UT, United States
Abstract Description : In my role as a secondary coach, I’ve learned that strong leadership isn’t about perfection, but about growth, reflection, and the ability to adapt. This session will focus on the qualities I’ve seen make the biggest difference—those that build trust, create collaboration, and move teams forward. Drawing on real classroom and coaching experiences, as well as lessons learned from working alongside great leaders, I’ll share practical insights on how to balance vision with action, empathy with accountability, and confidence with humility. Attendees will leave with relatable strategies and a clearer sense of how to strengthen their own leadership in everyday practice.
