Miranda Carlson-Strain (BArtsSc, MA) is the Manager, National Program Operations at Shad Canada. In her role, she works to support the implementation of Shad's Virtual Program for youth across Canada in grades 10 and 11. Miranda is passionate about reaching youth where they are at and believes deeply in diversity and interdisciplinary learning. Prior to Shad, Miranda spent several years creating and delivering STEAM programs and professional development workshops for students and teachers from grades K-12, with a focus on underrepresented students in STEAM.
