Fikret Donmez is a school principal with over 18 years of experience in education. He began his career as a mathematics teacher and advanced into leadership roles as an assistant principal and principal. Since 2020, he has been working at Harmony Virtual Academy, where he was one of the founder of the school’s synchronous instructional model with an initial enrollment of 200 students. Under his leadership, the academy has grown to serve over 600 students across Texas and now offers both synchronous and asynchronous learning models.
