Dr. Thomas Collins Cooper III is an experienced educational leader specializing in virtual learning, instructional innovation, international education and accessibility. In his current role, he serves as the Instructional Director for Math at NCVPS. He has experience teaching in both traditional, international, and, most recently, homeschool levels. He is an avid believer of follow-the-child, innovation, and learning by doing. A published author and advocate for educational equity, he is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences for all students. Recently, he has become captivated by accessibility in learning, and how to optimize tech tools to help remove barriers and enable all children to achieve their potential while also allowing for personalized learning opportunities for students to help them reach their full potential.
