I have been teaching health and physical education to students prek3-12 for over 24 years, more than half of that in the virtual world. There are many avenues to a healthy life, and offering opportunities to explore these avenues has been a passion of mine. Following this pursuit of wellness led me to becoming yoga certified. Yoga has been a part of my personal and professional health journey, and becoming certified has allowed me to expand offering this opportunity to others outside of the educational classroom.
