She has extensive experience as a Curriculum Specialist, Administrator of the “Future Teachers” program, and adjunct Professor at Great Basin College. Dr. Williams-Harper is recognized for her expertise in leadership, management, and accountability during periods of change, and she is a well-regarded mentor for leaders of color. She is co-author of Leadership Styles (2010) and the best-selling ED Matadores: Revolutionizing the Educational System (2023)
