Abstract Description : What does it mean to truly serve the whole learner in digital and blended spaces? In this session, we’ll explore Tacoma Online's K-12 advisory and support model, PACE (Personalization, Acceleration, Connection, Empowerment). From elementary SEL integration using Purposeful People to high school 1:1 postsecondary coaching with tools like SchooLinks and social capital mapping, PACE anchors student success in relationships, reflection, and readiness. Learn how we humanize virtual learning at every level through embedded executive functioning, networking skills, digital portfolio building, and community-based belonging strategies. You’ll leave with actionable ideas, scaffolded progressions, and real-world implementation tools for your own digital or hybrid context.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to describe a vertically aligned advisory system that integrates SEL, belonging, and college/career readiness.
