Ruth Schlattmann (she/her/hers)

Ruth Schlattmann is a K–12 educator and leader with expertise in online, hybrid, and inquiry-based learning. A National Board Certified Teacher, she has taught in NV, CO, and WA and served as an IB coordinator, instructional coach, and teacher leader. Since 2020, she has helped shape Tacoma Online, where she is now assistant principal, leading student-centered systems, professional learning, and community engagement.
