Jen has been a classroom teacher for nearly 30 years - the last 4 in an online, K-8 public school and now in an online, 7-12 charter school. As a formerly truant teenager, parent of neurodiverse kiddos, and special educator, connecting with students who are outside of the mainstream is a passion for Jen. She has recently completed her Doctor of Education degree, developing an MTSS Framework that addressed attendance/engagement, and learning a lot about educator mindsets along the way. Her passions include neuroaffirming practices and leading with love.
